The practice is always looking to improve the quality of service for the patients. Thus, we may occasionally ask you to fill out a questionnaire to better understand aspects of our care that can be subsequently improved. They are kept strictly confidential. If you were not happy with the care you have received at this surgery, the practice would be eager to know. Please feel free to approach any of our doctors or leave your comments in the suggestion box provided in the waiting room and we shall try to deal with them as soon as possible.​
